Instructions for DVD Orders

Instructors from academic or non-profit institutions may request copies of the videos for personal or scholarly use. You will be charged a shipping and handling fee unless you are affiliated with an academic program in South Africa or other programs funded by the Fogarty International Center. For programs in South Africa or Fogarty-funded programs, we will send all materials free of charge. (Order free copies)

Instructions for Ordering

The main distribution site is Stanford University, therefore, all prices and postage are US-based. Orders from California are subject to sales tax. Orders from outside of the United States are subject to customs fees, duties and taxes which vary according to country. Such fees are NOT included. Your shipment may be retained by the Customs Service in your country. You are responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and other fees to either the courier service or the Customs Office prior to release of your shipment. If you shipment does not arrive in a timely manner, it is your responsibility to contact the courier service or Customs Office.
