Funding includes travel funds from South Africa to the United States, a stipend to support living expenses and tuition.

Junior faculty, post-doctoral fellows and graduate students with training in biology, medicine or computer science are encouraged to apply. Training in the cross-discipline is extremely helpful but not required.
